Hi all,
I was just thinking about using a sled to help with my hamstring troubles. I think I might actually be capable of making one with stuff I have lying around. My dad and uncle both are in construction so I can get lots of left over junk.
Do you think it would be worth while to take some time and make one? What kind of workouts would you recommend doing?

One more thing, when to put this into my schedule of lifting?
Currently I am doing Sun DE Squat Mon DE Bench
Wed ME Squat Friday ME Bench
Do you think Thurs would be a good da for sled work to help recuperate after the Wed ME Squat day? Does it matter which day is 72 hours before the other? That is DE 72 hours before ME or ME 72 hours before DE?

It doesn't matter about the sequence of the ME and DE days, the 72 hour interval is the most important component. By all means make that sled and use it as soon as possible after your DE or ME days for recovery work. There's a ton of sled exercises that can be used for upper and lower body prehab.....just check EFS for some of the listings.
