Speaking only on my behalf.....it was a pleasure . A very merry Christmas to you and yours. I do though expect big things from you in 2005 and I'm going to stay after you to see that you keep focused on your goals. Anything I can do to help....just let me know.

Thanks Jack. I dont think my problem is staying focused its finding the time to focus. Goals for 2005 Lose all the weight I want to lose...which under normal circumstances would be more than a doable task Finsh up my ISSA CFT certification Workout at least 4 days week Have mastered Adobe well enough by May that I can start creating all my logo's and brochures using it Create at least 4-6 drawings from which I can make prints from for my site Get though my divorce and have everything said and done by May at which time I am confident goal number 1 will become much easier to accomplish And last but not least....be the best Mom I can be to the greatest kids in the world

Pam,
I suggest that to help you make your other goals, you might consider putting at the very top of your list:
Scheduling at least 20 consecutive minutes a day for some form of systematic relaxation to help gather the spiritual and emotional strength needed to achieve the other goals.
Don't be discouraged. At the start even making the time to relax and learning how to relax can be stressful.
Nevertheless, there are substantial physiological indicators that confirm the benefits of the practice, once you get it down.
I suggest you read "The Relaxation Response"
Heck, hot baths are pretty good.
best wishes,
fish

You know what fish I think that is the best advice I've gotten in a long time. I will definitely make sure I do that. I always feel like if I'm not doing something I'm being lazy. I rarely give myself permission to just sit, and when I do I feel guilty as heck about it. I have a relaxation CD that I use to listen to when I was done with my yogo tape..I am going to have to dig both of them out again.
Thanks fish.
