Jack, yours were: Bench--360; Squat--500; Deadlift--400,actually I just hope to deadlift again; How did you do?
Fish, yours were: Bench - 200 (probable) Hex Bar Deadlift - 300 (probable) Body Weight Pull ups - 15 (stretch) and my body weight to be 168 (probable) I think you met most of yours.
Mine were: to lose the weight I gained, never to find it again and to spend Christmas the way I've wanted to for a long long time.
How did I do? Zip...didnt make either one. Good news is its a new year and I can keep trying. I do know one thing. I think this divorce is going to be the best thing thats ever happened to me. I know that sounds backwards but if you my soon to be ex you'd understand.
I've got a busy year ahead of me. My daugther is still sick, going on 2 months, doctors still dont know whats wrong and she is now and is being tutored at home. This whole thing started with a rash on her face...and now my youngest has that exact same rash. I am praying he's just coming down with strep.
I have a whole list of goals for 2005 and will need to be very organized in order to meet them.
Happy New Year Guys....ya'll are the greatest!!!

Bench: got it at 325 HBDL: got it at 225 Pull up: got it at 15 Body weight, did not get it at 183. Oink, oink.
The chief reason I got most of mine is that I set them so well within reach.
Next year I hope to HBDL twice my body weight. This gives two targets: increased iron, decreased fat.
This has a two for one incentive plan: every time I loose one pound, I'm two pounds closer to the goal.
I have lots of questions about possible environmental, dietary, or stress related causes of your kids' rash, but I imagine that you've asked them all.
Take good care.
Pax,

You had to bring up those 2004 training goals didn't you . Missed "em" all, didn't even come close. Even though 2004 was a bust training wise I did achieve the one personal goal I set for myself, the most important goal of them all. I'll tell y'all about it sometime this year. I'm still formutlating my training goals for 2005 and I'll try and post them as soon as finish my first round of maxes. They may be scaled back a bit from 2004,training that is .

Pullups, chinups....I cant do a one so I'm am totally impressed you can do 15. The chief reason you made your goals is because you were dedicated and committed...dont make light of them...you set them and reached them...kudo's to you! Jack, I'll move over and make room in the boat We always have this year...lets see what we can do with it.
