TRAINING GOALS Bench press(unequipped)--300 Squat--475 Deadlift--405
PERSONAL GOAL This is the one I'm working the hardest on,the top prioirity,the one which all others pale in comparison. I made some outstanding progress toward this goal in 2004 but didn't quite reach the stars. 2005 is the year.

I hope you dont mind but I'm going to move this to the top with everyone elses goals...I stuck at the top so we could keep referring to them throughout the year to check our progress...wasnt that nice of me? ;D
