Total for 2 weeks is 5 lbs. Not sure why I'm not happy with it. I think it may be all mental. I'm doing this by eating more. Would love to get my RMR retested to see where I'm at now. Why is it when my sister lost 5 lbs I could tell...cant see a thing on me.
Changed my ratios again...I'm going for 30% protein, 55% carbs and 15% fat...I just thought 20% Fat was too much.
Thats about it. Lots of drawing to do today so will be working out with Ryan after school instead of this morning.

Just curious as to why you are changing your ratios if your losing......"if ain't broke,don't fix it". Also,why are you raising your carbs and lowering your protein intake.....let me know when you have time.

Real quick, I just thought 20% for fat was too high. I didnt lower my protein intake at all..just increased my carbs by 5%...reason why....having a hard enough time getting in 30% of my calories from protein as it is..once I accomplish that I will raise it 5% and lower the carbs.
Hows that?
