Okay after talking to Jack I decided not to change my ratio's afterall. I downloaded an upgrade to my program and it refigured my calories to 1860..much more doable for me and seems more accurate than the 2100.
Totals for today: Protein 28% (goal 30) Carbs 53% (goal 50) Fat 19% (goal20)
Total calories 1481
Not too bad. Still have to choke down food to get to the 1400 calories range. My days are so busy and I cant eat in my studio but I need to find a way to eat more often during the day.

Pam,it's easy to eat more often......just open your mouth and put the food in,chew or let it dissolve in your mouth.....your choice....just do it. Once you get your body attuned to eating 5-6 times a day,you'll find that you can't go more than 3 hours without a bite of something. Keep us posted.
