Well talk about depressing...I was up 8/10th of a pound...almost a 1 pound. This better just be a fluke. I am SO sick of this. I am eating every 3 hours or so. I know I need to eat more but I started this 2 1/2 weeks ago..at that time I was getting in less than 1000 calories a day...just frustrating..this has been my life for over two year now. I exercise, eat a decent diet, weigh and measure everything..and I gain.

Don't get discouraged....you're on the right track. There are changes in our bodies that can affect our weight daily and for some of us monthly. Don't weigh every day,once a week would be often enough. Weighing daily doesn't truly reflect the weight loss/gain trend. I know you want to check those scales every morning but but don't let that lead you into temptation.....set up a weekly weigh in and I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results. You've got everything going you're way now so let's keep with the program.

I understand the weight fluctuations...just dont like seeing them happen to me.
