I'll start with the weigh in. I am down 1 pound which is actually down 1.8 if I use yesterdays numbers. So total since 10/26/04 is 6 pounds.
Diet was good yesterday came within 1-2% of my goal on each.
Have decided to set a goal of lifting 4 days per week. Will see how that one pans out.
