Trying to conserve space so will just use one thread for the month.
Dont have my BalanceLog up in front of me but ratios were pretty good. Protein was right on, fat was at 15-16 and obviously carbs were up a bit. Calories were around 1700+ Really concentrating on getting in all my calories and I think I'm doing pretty good.
Really trying to break my habit of not eating and getting something every few hours. All I can say is thank god for bars.
One thing I need to work on is my fruits and veggies.

Just thought I should clairify when I said "thank god for bars" I was talking nutrition bars. Thought I'd fix that before Jack jumped all over it.

Again ratios not in front of me but did really good yesterday, hit everything almost right on. Still not doing good with my fruits and veggies but working on it.

Sounds silly but I found a new love for raw turnips, nice and crunchy and sweet. give em a try as a snack.
