Wasnt weighing myself for a while there and jumped on for the first time in a while on Tuesday. Jumped back on this morning and I'm down 3. The one major change that I made...eating on a regular basis again. I need to keep this up there is obviously some to it as far as my body is concerned. Still hard to believe that when I eat more I lose.
Diet is going good...lowered my calories to 1610 a while ago, ratios are still 40/40/20...hitting all those pretty good by the end of the day.

You've answered your own questions as to the why's and how's of your weight loss......but I'm sure you'll want to take it down to the molecular biology level . damn good job!!!!!

Yep you're right Jack. Really curious about exactly how everything takes place in your body. Knowing that just may help with losing it and keeping it off. Some guy on another board said when he and his sister hit a plateau they back off on workouts and up calories for a week or two then hit it hard again. I did/do just the opposite. I'm going to try it that way next time I hit a plateau. I'll consider it a plateau if I dont lose for a three week period since it appears its normal for me to go a week or two with no weight loss then drop some fast. Thanks Smoke. If exercise were 90% of this and diet 10% I'd be Miss Freakin America Ok maybe not Miss America but I'd be where I want to be. Maybe the 3 lbs was God's way of helping me to keep going. As you know I kind of hit the frustration wall this week.
