Well she is finally back in school parttime. She gets there at 7:45 and I pick her up at 11:30 so she is getting in Language Arts/Reading and Science. Then she has a tutor come in for math. We did it that way for a couple of reasons, first she is good at math. Even when its hard she can usually catch on pretty fast. She gets that from me ;D Also her tutor is a math teacher so it works out good.

Medically she is scheduled for an upper scope and a colonoscopy (sp?) on Monday. They will be putting her under to do the tests and to them both at once.

Hopefully we will have some answers soon...I just pray its nothing serious.

For what it is worth, I recently had the full colonoscopy and suffered no discomfort whatsoever.

If fact, I was disappointed that the knockoutjuice worked so well. I wanted to watch on the TV screen.

Please tell your little girl that I'm a big scaredy cat, and it was worse being scared before than it was during the whole thing or afterwards either.

And that's the truth.

Her Kara I'm scared here too, I got to get a physical here on wen. morning...I hate dr.s and I'm scared to death!
Get this, the gal calls me last night and says "oh by the way I have orders here for a cardiogram too, she say's your pretty young for them to be ordering that. geezz scare me some more.

So hang in there Kara you'll do just fine.

Thanks Fish, I read your post to her. I'm not sure if she's scared or not. She likes to pretend shes not but everyone has told her its a piece of cake so maybe shes not.

Smoke, I did get in a couple pieces of toast while she was still sleeping so I guess I cheated. I'm hungry as heck right now though. I wouldnt worry about the cardiogram...I'm sure its just to get a baseline. You're getting to the age where they like to have that so they know what "normal" is for you. Not sure that made sense and I know I can tell you dont be scared but I hate doctors and my blood pressure is always sky high when I go in and down to normal by the time I'm done. I hate doctors!
