You still swimming around out there? Need to check in on you every now and again.
Sorry about those Pat's..got to admit NY played a heck of a game though.
So how are the Knees holding up? I saw a cheap eliptical on sale for like 260.00..thought about buying it...Pam and I are alot alike, I get bored easily. I am however really enjoying my Bowflex. Averaging about 3 workouts a week on it, doing cardio the other days.
Been cold and rainy down this way, lots of Ice the last week or so. starting to get ready for spring.
Hope all is well with you.

All are well. All is well.
Of course the “kids” are trying to kill us. But who do we think we are, anyway, holding on to the $tuff they’ll get sooner or later when they could really use it right now.
You mentioned the 21 day rule. I found that it works for practicing piano. It’s a year now. I am satisfied, if not over pleased, with my progress.
But I have taken so much time off from my exercise that I have lost the habit.
So I need to apply the 21 day rule over at the other house where I keep the office and the gym.
I haven’t been completely sedentary.
The wood stoves make sure I get to swing the splitting maul and do the farmer’s walk with the loaded wood carriers. That’s part of the almost daily routine. I get out on the snowshoes or the xc skiis weather and time permitting.
I am getting in some cardio with the ski machine 3 days a week or so.
I don’t think the knees are coming back, so I have to design the routine around them, and get back into it.
Like Pam and you, I easily get bored, so I am going to start with 10 or 15 minutes on each of the three machines - ski, row, bike/bag - to reach 30 - 45 minutes.
I did this routine for years with very good results.
We’ll see if the knees will tolerate it now.
Thanks for asking,

Oh, by the way, I was born and raised in the Bronx.
It was a very good game, indeed.
