Beautiful weather out, finally cooling down some.
Over 11,000 steps and still going. Mooching dinner off of my niece... kinda nice having her across the street.

Steps, steps, steps...trying to do some stretching as well while printing to get this shoulder loosened up. Short repetitive motion doesn’t help.

shoulder rehab ...
i started using indian clubs a long time ago.
i still use them.
watch this guy's shoulders.
all the stuff he does can be reduced to the shoulders and arms and wrists alone.
there are many (now) videos on u tube.
this one is fun, but she does not get the shoulder extension and rotation that one could easily incorporate into her routine
get plastic juggling clubs first.
or do giant circles on all planes with a can of cambels soup in each hand.

Taking time to do it is my biggest hurdle!

yeah, but this one is important. i know guys and gals whose shoulders are practically frozen beyond a very limited range of motion essentially because of non use.
heck, do giant circles on all planes in both directions with nothing in your hands. swing your arms at the shoulders. can do anytime, just about anyplace.

2:30 is so early it's still late. i sleep in until 4 or so, but you're still at work at 6 pm when i'm getting ready for bed.
glad to hear that demand is high, but

Decals for glass and ceramics. Cross over time now with tourist clients, Oktoberfest folks and going into holidays... busy couple months. But I’m not complaining.

Had it worked on last night. She said my scapula should move free and mine doesn’t. I need to do more of them!

adhesions ?
there are practically no practices in daily life that take shoulders through full range of motion.
but go slow and steady.
static and dynamic.
palms together all the way up.
stretch and hold.
repeat.
crisscross palms together all the way up.
stretch and hold.
giant circles.
