the carpal tunnel was particularly bad when i was riding daily.

never made the connection, although it's clear now.

got tested

found the results in past posts here.

Mine flares up if I’m extra busy at work, sometimes nothing helps buy I feel the b6 helps it stay at bay.

i hang from the yack rack on the truck getting out while loading and unloading the boat.

i think it helps the C Tunnel.

nice weather, not too warm during the day - single sheet at night.

still sleeping in late by Smoke standards.

NC needs eyedrops 4x daily so sleep times broken.

but it is very beautiful on the water at dawn.

nc surgery went well.

we are taking walks on the beach for her exercise.

got the lawn mower going after a year or so in the shed.

had not done any maintenance for years.

left it out in the rain, and then it would not start.

mower must be 20 years old.

i was less than confident, but wanted to give it a chance before

a: rebuilding the carb or

b: replacing the engine or

b: getting a new mower.

replaced plug, fuel lines, filter.

fuel & oil.

cleaned it up a bit.

got an easy start.

well, i have always played hard and taken too many injuries over the years, some pretty serious.

"they jest at scars ..."

i suppose that it is part of the ageing process, but those scars still tell their tales, and they are beginning to shout them out

i've been doing the same drill getting the boats and oars on and off the trucks since '03.

i reckon about 2,000 times.

the folks who let me use their driveway at the lake put down gravel this year.

so i changed loading side of the truck rather than get the bottom of boat all scratched up.

laughable.

it won't take but a few days, but everything looks and feels so different.

and it's just a mirror image move.

here comes some warm weather.
