Crummy weather and I was on my own at work this week.

Helped out with work day at church on Saturday… dug lots of holes planting shrubs!

digging is good exercise.

prepping the holes, moving, and planting shrub balls is good exercise, too.

Got a walk “Outside” finally!

Plan is B~Day dinner tomorrow night with cake, and back on track Wednesday…. I’m going in the wrong direction and hate it!

Work/ mowed some.
Seems like a never ending battle.

in fact, it's a war.

so we have to be happy warriors !

what's happening to me is that there are things i can't do anymore.

battles in the war that i can't fight anymore.

and i wish i could.

probably one of the only guys you'll see out there with his backpack blower blasting away as he hobbles around using his cane so he doesn't fall down.

Picked up some last minute plants for garden and planted.
Trimmed some shrubs for a neighbor, and some trees at my house.
i have another raised bed to fill but not sure where to put it.

Worked out in the garden again after work.
Filled up another raised bed, planted 1/2 with potatoes. Not sure what I’ll put in the other half yet.

Picked scapes off garlic… they are great fried up with bacon!
