sounds good. easy does it at the start.
squats are the foundation. hamstring curls to keep muscular balance.
maybe throw in some toe raises.
the walking keeps the blood flowing and the muscles nice and long.
good for you.

where are you getting your walks in ? we have been going to the beach at different times depending on the tides.
don't remember too many springs as nice as this year.

I go down by our lake. It’s not quite 3 miles there and back.
Coursed a grind to walk with me, she went yesterday and today… she walks faster so it’s good for me!

Kid that used to work for me left, got married, went to massage school, got divorced and moved back to the area.
I usually get deep tissue and a lot of work on my shoulder. She does the whole gamut of whatever you want , Swiss ( that she hates doing) myofacial release, deep tissue, cupping. She prefers helping with an issue more than just relaxing you.

Yea it is a long time. She only does the Myo. Every once and awhile. She went to Fortis in Wilkes Barre, in Pa. I know she’s gone a bunch of other places for additional certifications. I will.
Upped my squats ect to 100 today. Got my hour walk in. 15k + steps

Squats and stuff… minus the squats, didn’t get those in but did the others. Got my walk in….sweated by butt off! Gal I walk with has a good pace, keeps me moving.

She’s chatty so it’s good.
Half assed squats, I try to do them as I am printing, as I lay the paper on the rack I have just enough time to get a squat in before I have to load the next sheet
I dunno little over a week maybe

Got up and out early! Got my walk in, shower and off to chiropractor for a tune up all before 9:00

put a chair behind you and do chair squats !
nasty things, but maintains a standard.
i miss my weighted squats, got to twice my body weight, but my knees just can't do it anymore,
so, i urge you to do it while you still can.
