respectfully suggest you incorporate some stretching to keep those muscles nice and long.
my everyday leg stretch routine.
i use a chair to protect my back. bend forward with hands on seat. hold. while bent over, swing one foot back around and to the outside of the other to stretch the outside of the thigh. reverse. stand
heel to the buttock, with one hand and then the other hand holding the toe
changes the angle of the stretch more than you might think.
finish with flat foot deep squat.
i hold every move for 30 seconds.
on my back, soles of the feet together let the knees drop as far as possible. then both knees to one side. then both knees to the other side.
finish i sit on my heels for 5 to 10 minutes.
I do the sanding stuff while making coffee in the mornings.

i enjoy boomers ! if it's warm enough and raining really hard, strip down and do a rain dance in the back yard.
we've been mixing a weak lemonade.. 3/4 cup real lemon
< 1/4 cup sugar 2 qts water.
keep it in the fridge
summer, so we keep a big bag of cubes in the freezer and refill it every day from the trays. haven't run out of ice yet.
