Long day at work, still managed to get a walk in.
I just luv holidays in the middle of the week!😡

replaced the guts of our outdoor grill.

also using a griddle more often than before.

maillard reaction on burgers is worth the trouble.

Yea 2- one on Thursday and another one on Saturday.
It just messes up work with the holiday on a Thursday, trying to get stuff done. I’ll end up going in probably Friday.

No walk but 15 hrs at work and 16k + steps.

Managed to get a walk in this morning.

Hot out today, just missed the storm.

Yes friend is still walking… she’s faster than I am ( well a longer stride) so it’s under an hour.

She’s more the talker, family, her husband, today we got into dreams and spirits. Random chit chat.
