suggest you read up on racewalking.
sometime ago i spent some time with racewalking. easier on the knees.
i still will use the techniques as they involved more of the lower leg and hip and torso muscle groups at any speed walking.
although the days of my 11 minute walking miles are gone.

i do the technique in slow motion.
still involve lots of increased range of motion and muscle involvement than regular walking.
looks funny slow and almost ridiculous at speed, but better than slow jogging.
just plain brisk walking is as good or better than slow jogging.
but if i had to get from here to there, slow jogging preserves energy and increases distance.
i used to be serious about this stuff.

Walked an hour. Missed yesterday but that’s ok. Warm out but a little less humid.

Yes, Same route. Once it cools down some there is a steep hill that we can add on to it.
It’s about an hour.
