not a good year for apples for us.

as you know different kinds come in at different times.

we usually go to an orchard for the outing, and then to the farm store a couple of times to get the varieties.

we were away this year.

we did go to an orchard, but it was not even close to our usual.

but the little one was with us, so it was fine.
