if you break your movements down, i'll bet you are getting a lot of good stuff in just playing that is tedious to do in a set workout session.
leg ad and ab-duction for example. shoulders and arms, wrists and hands. and so on.
neuro stuff, too, with the quick reactions called for
heck, you get more exercise than most just going after and picking up the balls that get missed.
and you're having fun.

different peeper season this year. birch gone early. yellow
maples and other reds later.
but oaks still have their leaves.

Lots of Work ~ A ~ Do Long days, getting in steps and squats. Too bad cause it was beautiful out again today.
